You'll learn how to make a sweet and savory crepe with delicious sides to match. Your chef will take you step by step through making the perfect crepe batter and how to properly heat the pan, to achieve the perfect crepe texture and appearance. You'll also learn how to make a French omelette, with perfect light and fluffy texture.
